DTF, Heat Press, By Hand
DTF (Direct-to-Film) means the design is first printed onto a film, then transferred to the shirt with heat and pressure. Strong, flexible, and it stays put wash after wash.
The process, step by step
We print the film, apply the adhesive powder, cure it, position it on the shirt, then press it for 15 seconds with our PTC380 heat press. Then comes the cold peel. The same process for every piece, by hand.
